After 14 years of practicing and teaching yoga, I've decided it's time to share more intentionally what I love most—the practices that can truly change the way we live.
My approach to teaching was born from a simple longing: community. For years, I searched for a space that felt like home—a place where people could come together not just to practice yoga, but to connect, share, and belong. When I couldn't find it, I realized it was time to create it.
Yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation have been the foundation of my own journey, and I believe these simple yet powerful tools can help us all live calmer, steadier, and more connected lives. In my classes, I strive to create a welcoming environment where students can explore presence, peace, and balance—where yoga becomes more than movement, but a shared journey of grounding ourselves while growing spiritually and creatively.
